Data collected. Through the audit request form: name, company, work email, phone number (optional), priority process and context. The online quick check is calculated in your browser: your answers are only sent to us if you then submit the form.
Purpose and legal basis. To respond to your request and organise the audit. Processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Recipients. Only the VEMORI staff handling your request, and our technical hosting and email providers, strictly within the scope of their services. Your data is never sold or passed on.
Retention period. Three years from our last contact, if no contract has been entered into.
Your rights. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. To exercise these rights, email contact@vemori.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr), or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
